Refund policy

musicsplitsheets.com sells digital products only. Every order is a downloadable PDF delivered instantly after payment. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to physically return. This policy explains exactly when we refund an order and how to request one.

Returns and exchanges

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately, we do not accept physical returns and we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we offer refunds in the situations listed below.

When we will refund you

We will issue a full refund if any of the following apply:

  • You changed your mind and have not downloaded the file. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
  • You were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same order.
  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open as described on the product page.
  • The file does not match what the product page describes.

When we cannot refund you

Once a file has been downloaded, the product has been delivered in full and we cannot refund a change of mind. If something is wrong with the file itself, the section above applies and we will fix it or refund you.

Corrections, replacements and warranties

If a template is missing content or a field does not work as described on its product page, we will correct or replace it free of charge, and you keep every future update to that document at no extra cost. Our documents are provided as-is for your own personal and commercial music projects. musicsplitsheets.com is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. How to request a refund

Email hello@musicsplitsheets.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

Orders are fulfilled instantly, so there is no window to cancel before delivery. If you ordered by mistake and have not downloaded the file, email us and we will refund you under the 14-day rule above.
